Remember all that time ago when flash games were all the rage? Webkinz remembers. Unfortunately, its web browser was laid to rest when support for flash players was officially discontinued in 2020 ( though its mobile games lived on).
Now, the virtual furry world is making its way back to the www as Webkinz Classic. The move comes as a part of the 20th Anniversary celebration of its launch.

Developers promise there will be cross-platform compatibility, with browser play giving you more in-depth features you can't get on mobile, including challenges.
The game is still in development but the Webkinz team has a sign up for beta access ahead of their "early Q4 release" – which means expect this to be ready for you to play this winter.
