In a world where Chat GPT and its compatriots are becoming a crutch for artists worldwide, indie dev Chequered Ink decided to do something about it: make it easy and affordable for small studios to utilize real art.
The newly launched asset pack features:

- And assets that will be added in the future
"So many developers these days are turning to generative AI for their placeholders, prototypes and even shipped titles," the team wrote, "We know that the use of AI, especially for image and audio generation, is causing a spike in energy demand, bills, and carbon emissions. The most popular AI models are often trained, without permission, on copyrighted content."
In order to combat this problem, the developers spent approximately one year compiling these assets. At launch (aka, right now) you can take advantage of the 50% discount which places the pack at $10 USD.
