After an incredibly long delay (like 3 years man), Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse officially has a release date.

It was announced during CinemaCon 2025 that the third installment of the Spider-Verse series will debut on June 4, 2027. The movie was originally scheduled to release on March 29, 2024 (my birthday) but was pushed back due to strikes.

You'll be happy to hear that the original production team is still guiding the film and the voice acting cast remains unchanged.

Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse actor says a sad ending is inevitable
Get your tissues ready. It’s not looking good for Miles Morales.

While no plot has been shared, not even a byline (come on Sony, spin us a web), we do know that "there’s not gonna be a dry eye in the house," at least according to actor Brian Tyree Henry (Jefferson Davis).

The official Spider-Verse account also shared stills from the upcoming movie, highlighting key plot points.

What do you think is going to happen in the next film? Leave your fan theory in the comments below and I'll respond with mine.
